Hibernation Station offers a unique opportunity to be part of a welcoming, rustic retreat just minutes from Yellowstone National Park. Our beautiful cabin village offers guests a luxurious, yet cozy home-away-from-home experience, complete with modern amenities, warm hospitality, and an incredible location.
We are looking for dedicated team members to help us provide exceptional service in a variety of roles, including housekeeping, front desk assistance, maintenance, and customer service.
About Us: Nestled in West Yellowstone, Montana, Hibernation Station features over 50 charming cabins that sleep 2-6 guests. With a variety of cabin series and fully equipped kitchens, our accommodations offer the perfect balance of comfort and adventure. Guests enjoy easy access to Yellowstone?s stunning landscapes and wildlife, plus on-site amenities such as free WiFi, a playground, firepits, jetted tubs, and more.

1. Enter work place at scheduled time in uniform ready to begin work. Properly clock in.
2. Ensure prescribed amount of cash is on hand by counting and recording count.
3. Ensure telephone service meets company standards. Telephone answered within three
rings, using proper script. Transfer calls properly, perform wake up calls, take message
politely and never give out a room number.
4. Properly check in and out guests.
5. Properly handle reservations.
6. Ensure property management computer procedures are correctly implemented.
7. Properly answer guests questions for directions or other needs.
8. Assist with laundry needing completion. Fold linen, dry linen and wash linen as needed.
9. Assist with cleanliness of lobby, corridors and elevator.
10. Additional duties may be added as needed.
