Job Details

As a Hickman Assembler, your daily routine will consist of visiting Local Bigbox stores. You will be assembling items such as Grills, Toolboxes, Wheelbarrows, Patio Furniture, log splitters, and more. You will work independently in most cases, you will need your own transportation to and from work. Each store your assigned will have a weekly assembly request that needs completion. A typical work week is Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm. Once you have completed each store's request you will contact your assembly manager and you're done for the week. In most cases, you will be offered more opportunities to assemble in other stores (optional). This is piece rate work, your ability to earn lots of cash depends on how far you're willing to commit to assembling per day/week.

• Familiarity with basic hand tools and mechanically inclined
• Learns quickly and can follow instructions
• Finds motivation in speed challenges
• Works consistently throughout the workday

- Must be able to ensure a well-built product.

- Must be able to conduct one's self with Honor and Respect.

You Will Need:

• Cordless Drill (12volt or better)
• Basic Hand Tools, Sockets, Allen head bits, box cutters, pliers, etc.
• Reliable Transportation
• Energy - This Job is Active and Physical!

Compensation:

• Piece Rate Pay
• $15-$18/hr or up to $1000 a week starting. Potential to make even more!!!
• Direct Deposit paid bi-weekly

The piece rate allows you to have financial freedom, The more you build, the more you make!

Hickman Assemblers control how much they want to earn per day.

Job Responsibilities:

• Arriving at your store on time every day. (Normally around 9 am)
• Use smartphone apps to check in and complete your daily invoice.
• Communicating with management about daily and weekly requests.
• Be able to follow detailed assembly instructions, guidelines, and procedures.
• Communicate and work well with The Home Depot management and Staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
