What You'll Do:

  • Perform routine assessments and exams to evaluate skin and wound conditions.
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute and chronic wounds while developing customized care plans.
  • Implement wound care orders and treatments, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as necessary to improve healing.
  • Evaluate new admissions and document status and care plans.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Current AL State RN License and Licensed Nurse Practitioner.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in wound care, with a solid understanding of treatment protocols and best practices.
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing Homes is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills and experience using EMR software.
  • Wound Care Certification is a plus, but not mandatory.

Salary : $750 - $800
