Competitive Pay: Earn $170,000 - $190,000 per year, with the flexibility of part-time or per diem work based on YOUR schedule.
What You'll Do:
Perform routine assessments and exams to evaluate skin and wound conditions.
Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute and chronic wounds while developing customized care plans.
Implement wound care orders and treatments, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as necessary to improve healing.
Evaluate new admissions and document status and care plans.
What We’re Looking For:
Current CA State RN License and Licensed Nurse Practitioner or current MD license.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in wound care, with a solid understanding of treatment protocols and best practices.
Experience in Skilled Nursing Homes is a plus, but not required.
Proficiency with basic computer skills and experience using EMR software.
Wound Care Certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
