Summary Job Description
This position is responsible for the overall finishing operation of furniture, including repair, spraying, detailing, highlighting, sanding and distressing.
Essential Duties
- Responsible for repairs to major finishing defects for high end quality furniture.
- Must be skilled in all facets of the wood finishing process including repair, burn-ins, spraying, detailing, highlighting, sanding, and destressing.
- Responsible for keeping up with inventory and ordering materials from Mohawk.
- Must follow all safety policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must have 1 year of experience in finish repair of high quality casegoods furniture

- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist throughout the day
