Retail Associate Job Description:
- Support staff in main store location, assisting with bagging and restocking high volume items
- Operate POS stationary and mobile units
- Run merchandise kiosk locations
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with locating items and sizes
- Provide top level customer service
- Maintain organization of retail locations, ensuring the store is neat and presentable throughout the night
Qualifications:
- Strong computer proficiency and analytical, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills preferred.
- Must be able to work most weekends and July 4th
- Must be able to lift, pull, push and/or carry 40 pounds as necessary.
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail in a high-volume sales environment.
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions to include extreme heat, cold, and rain.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for 4-6 hours.
