- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Implement care plans tailored to individual needs while respecting resident rights.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Manage conflicts effectively, employing conflict management skills when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations while documenting care provided.
- Support clients with social work needs, facilitating connections to community resources as appropriate.
- Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or direct care roles is preferred.
