Basic Functions: 

Provides clerical support for the stock transfer department regarding shareholder record keeping.

Essential Job Duties:

• Posts debits/credits to stockholder recordkeeping system
• Assures that stockholder system is in balance with DTC
• Prepares daily recap report
• Prints stock certificates & DRS advises
• Provides assistance to internal and external customers
• Cost Basis
• Administrative duties including handling phone calls, filing and other special mailings as needed.
• Conduct all duties in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Bank policies and procedures. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proficient with computer and internet
• Experience using Word, Excel and Outlook
• 1 – 3 years stock transfer experience is a plus, but not required

Training and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-year associate's degree preferred

This is a full time, non-exempt position. The successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, consumer credit check and background check is required.

Salary Disclaimer

The salary range provided represents the anticipated starting pay for this position. Individual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, role requirements and responsibilities, related experience, education, qualifications, and internal equity.
