Basic Functions:
The Treasury Management Services Specialist ("TMSS") supports and assists the Treasury Management team with onboarding new Treasury Management clients and provides first point of contact troubleshooting assistance for existing clients. The TMSS additionally provides training assistance (in person at a client’s place of business or via virtual meetings) to new clients and existing clients that have added new products. The TMSS is the chief resource for these platforms and provides external and internal support accordingly. The TMSS ensures the highest standards for online servicing to ensure commercial client retention.
Essential Duties:
The TMSS provides support for new and existing clients and colleagues along with assisting in documentation/filling out required forms/electronic filing and any other duties, as assigned. Specifically:
- Conduct all duties in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Bank policies and procedures.
- Serve clients through onboarding and troubleshooting of platforms associated with Treasury Management, which include Business Online Banking and associated products, programs, and third-party vendors. Extensive training is provided to ensure a thorough understanding of the applicable systems and products.
- Provides back-up support to the Treasury Management Services Officers for the monthly processing of the analysis service charge program.
- Responsible for operations and customer service functions primarily for Treasury Management clients providing support in researching and resolving issues.
- Emphasis on building relationships and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Address client and colleague concerns and questions in a professional timely manner.
- Complete account verifications and other maintenance form requests in a timely manner.
- Process client requests and transactions in a positive, accurate and professional manner while engaging in conversation to help identify any additional needs and recommended solutions.
- Assist the Treasury Management Services Officers with routine reports.
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The TMSS is expected to have experience in working with highly detailed information and display proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Additionally, the TMSS should have a strong work ethic, upbeat personality, and a strong sense for customer service. Attention to detail and deadlines is crucial, as is the ability to prioritize and multi-task. The TMSS should be a self-starter and willing to learn and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in banking and/or treasury management preferred but not required.
Training and Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service strongly preferred
- Prior banking experience preferred
This is a full time, non-exempt position. The successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, consumer credit check and background check is required.

The salary range provided represents the anticipated starting pay for this position. Individual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, role requirements and responsibilities, related experience, education, qualifications, and internal equity.
