Position Overview
The Regional Director of Business Development is a key leadership role responsible for driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and promoting Hickory Recovery Network's services. This individual will play a vital role in fostering community engagement, increasing referral partnerships, and enhancing the organization's presence throughout the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Advocate for addiction awareness and promote access to quality care.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community leaders, and industry professionals.
- Collaborate with internal staff, including treatment center teams, call center staff, and leadership, to ensure accurate understanding of programs and referral processes.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand market reach, increase referrals, and boost community engagement.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and monitor state treatment/recovery trends.
- Represent Hickory Recovery Network at conferences, networking events, and community outreach programs.
- Create marketing campaigns and strategies for Hickory Recovery Network's services.
- Assist in the development of brochures, print materials, and digital content for social media and the company website.
- Schedule and conduct facility tours for referral partners, community leaders, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain CRM records by logging events, contacts, and follow-up tasks daily.
- Organize and lead presentations with industry influencers and referral sources.
- Make proactive cold and warm calls to organizations such as hospitals, detox facilities, private practices, sober living homes, jails, probation departments, MAT clinics, and DCS organizations.
- Collaborate with call center, admissions, and intake teams to ensure effective follow-up on inquiries.
- Track conversion rates and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 3 years of business development or community outreach experience. Preference for candidates with addiction and/or mental health treatment experience.
- Must reside in or near the Cambridge, OH area to maintain access to referral partners.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems efficiently, and provide exceptional client service.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Ability to travel daily with some overnight stays as required.
Pre-employment Requirements
- Satisfactory OIG exclusions and background check.
- Successful completion of a drug screening.
Compensation
- $100,000 - $120,000
