Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in clinical leadership, and in a multi-site healthcare organization
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Clinical licensure with ability to obtain out of state reciprocity
- Computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint required
- An ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and utilize effective communication skills, including both telephone and in-person
- Ability to travel to out of state facilities on regular basis
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and improving clinical operations across a large, geographically diverse network
- Positive demeanor and clear understanding of professional boundaries with patients
- Ability to follow directives explicitly, adhere to facility policies, provide patient-driven customer service, and exercise time management skills
- Strong understanding of healthcare policies, regulations, and quality standards at the national level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the clinical operations across multiple regions or nationwide, ensuring consistency and excellence in care delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement the organization’s clinical strategy and objectives.
- Drive the implementation of national clinical initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Establish and maintain clinical protocols, standards, and guidelines that align with best practices and compliance with national healthcare regulations.
- Ensure continuous quality improvement initiatives are in place to monitor, evaluate, and enhance patient care outcomes.
- Lead efforts to meet and exceed clinical accreditation and regulatory requirements at the national level.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to regional clinical directors and healthcare providers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of clinical staff to ensure a highly skilled workforce.
- Work with clinical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across all regions.
- Report on clinical performance, trends, and initiatives to the executive leadership team
