Housekeeping Aide - Hickory Treatment Center at Albion

Direct Report To: Housekeeping Supervisor
Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in people's lives? We have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeper to serve as the primary sanitary member of the team, assuring cleanliness in all public areas and client rooms.
Responsibilities:
- Housekeepers perform all functions necessary to maintain cleanliness in individual client rooms, hallways, offices, and other common areas.
- Sweeping, mopping, and cleaning floors, dusting fixtures, sanitize furniture, empty wastebasket, and biohazardous waste containers.
- Intrinsic motivation, client-driven service disposition, excellent time management skills, team approach, and basic computer skills.
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance in all communication regarding clients.
- Additional duties as directed.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of housekeeping experience preferred.
- Must be dependable and have reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to effectively handle challenging situations.
- Basic oral and written communication skills
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation: $14-$16/hr
