Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in people's lives? We have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the members of the sanitation team, assuring cleanliness in all public areas and client rooms.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining a clean environment and overseeing all facility housekeeping tasks.
- Ensures all housekeeping staff perform all functions necessary to maintain cleanliness in individual client rooms, hallways, offices, and other common areas.
- Sweeping, mopping, and cleaning floors, dusting fixtures, sanitizing furniture, empty wastebaskets, and biohazardous waste containers.
- Provide leadership to housekeepers including performance management, scheduling, and other duties as needed.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and clear understanding of professional boundaries with clients.
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance in all communication regarding clients.
- Additional duties as directed.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of housekeeping experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of staff supervision preferred.
- Must be dependable and have reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to effectively handle challenging situations.
- Basic oral and written communication skills
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation: $16-$18/hr
