Job Qualifications:
- Three or more years of HR experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or SPHR certification preferred.
- Computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, and Publisher, required.
- An ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and utilize effective communication skills, including both telephone and in-person Experience managing acquisitions, preferred.
- Must have ability to maintain positive demeanor and clear understanding of professional boundaries with patients and staff.
- Ability to follow directives explicitly, adhere to facility policies, provide employee support, and exercise time management skills.
- Schedule flexibility may be required to accommodate employees.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creates, maintains, and audits employee files.
- Verifies employee licenses, certifications, registrations, and renewals.
- Prepares payroll hour and summary spreadsheets for corporate processing.
- Processes new employee paperwork
- Facilites staff general orientation.
- Ensures the facility is adequately staffed by using various recruiting methods.
- Monitors and ensures compliance of all Learning Management for all staff.
- Ensures performance management on 90 day and annual basis.
- Submits all employee changes to corporate HR including pay rate and status changes.
- Maintains highest level of compliance documentation for all staff regulations.
- Looks for performance opportunities and ensures PI activities are ongoing.
- Activates the Emergency Management Plan when conditions require.
- Reports unsafe conditions to Executive or Corporate Leadership.
- Performs appropriate hand hygiene throughout the shift.
- Uses personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.
- Oversees management of any Worker's Comp incidents and completes documentation.
- Completes necessary state specific unemployment cases.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
