Telehealth Therapist – Hickory Behavioral Center at Kingman

Direct Report To: Clinical Director

About the Role:
Under the immediate supervision of the Clinical Director, Therapists will
- Serve as a direct clinical professional providing individual, group and family therapy
- Treat a selected caseload of clients suffering from behavioral health and addiction related issues
- Must be able to perform biopsychosocial assessments

Job Qualifications:
- Master's degree in behavioral health or a related field required
- Computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, and EMR, is required.
- Must maintain a positive demeanor and clear understanding of professional boundaries with clients and staff.
- Licensure issued by the ABBHE to practice in Arizona (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LISAC)
- Experience providing telehealth therapy with diverse populations
- Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technology for therapy services
- Strong clinical skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth platform.
- Maintains a current license, certification, and registration as applicable
- Completes 1:1 Session Note, SUD Treatment Plan Update, and ASAM Criteria Update every seven days for each assigned client
- Assess client needs and progress.
- Provide crisis intervention and support.
- Reports safety hazards to supervisor or Executive Director
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
