Position Overview
The Transportation Driver will provide safe, reliable transportation for clients while assisting with general facility maintenance and upkeep. This role is vital in supporting the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors.

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, this role requires a dependable individual with a strong focus on customer service, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation Duties:

• Transport clients to and from the facility for intake, discharge, and appointments.
• Ensure accurate client information is documented upon intake and discharge.
• Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, including medical, clinical, and administrative staff.

 Maintenance Duties:

• Assist with the upkeep of facility grounds, including snow/ice removal, lawn care, and general landscaping.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, minor repairs, and equipment upkeep.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and plumbing systems as directed.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in conducting safety inspections and fire alarm drills.
• Maintain organized maintenance logs and records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of relevant experience in driving, maintenance, or a similar role preferred.
• Excellent driving record required.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients and staff.
• Must hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and provide insured transportation.
• Part-time schedule, including weekend, holiday, and on-call rotations, is required.
• Positive demeanor with strong time management skills and the ability to follow directives effectively.

Compensation

• $17.00 – $19.00/hour
