Hickory Tree Turkey BBQ is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our team. We are looking for someone who is able to shape the work environment, set strategies, allocate resources, develop managers, and oversee day to day operations. General Manager:
The manager is responsible for overseeing operations in restaurant and some food truck locations. Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Staffing store and Food truck with both management and crew
- Ensuring the quality of the product
- Creating a positive work environment
- Engaging the community with the brand
- Training management to meet company goals and expectations, controlling costs as well as increasing sales and profitability.
- Overseeing all operational aspects of running day to day operations of the restaurant, and food truck. Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, and inventory management.
- Overseeing restaurant and food trucks cleanliness, and organization.
- Cost Accounting, Customer Focus, Verbal Communication, Management Proficiency, Management Profitability, and Quality Focus
- HR duties (interviews, training)
Pre-requisites:
- Excellent verbal, and Interpersonal communication skills
- Customer service (passion for guest experience), Team oriented, Originazed, Multi-tasker, Problem Solver, Creative, and Self- starter.
- Education:
Two (2) years associate degree preferred, GED or High school degree required.
- Experience:
Manage and develope 25 team members per shift, Shift manager, or assistant unit manager. Minimum of two (2) years in QSR establishments as a server and food preparation. Minimum of two (2) years management or leadership experience including coaching and mentoring team members.
Physical:
Ability to work flexible schedule including opening and closing, weekends and holidays.
Ability to exert well-paced mobility and able to lift 40 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
