Hicks Lawn and Landscape is looking for motivated, reliable team members for their 2025 lawn season. Full-Time year-round positions are available for the right employee positions are also available for just the spring/ summer and fall mowing season. Pay is negotiable. Duties include Mowing, weed-eating, edging, small yard clean ups, landscape installs, sod installs, leaf removal. All responsibilities can be taught to the right applicant. Customer satisfaction is our main priority.
Summary
As a Lawn Crew Member, you will be essential in maintaining the aesthetic and health of various landscapes. Reporting to the Crew Leader, your core responsibilities will include lawn care, landscape maintenance, and groundskeeping. Mechanical knowledge will enhance your ability to operate hand tools and machinery effectively. Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of lawn care and landscape maintenance
- Proficiency in using hand tools and operating machinery
- Experience in groundskeeping and tree care
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor
Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn care tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain a neat appearance.
- Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment for landscape maintenance and groundskeeping.
- Conduct tree care activities, ensuring the health and aesthetics of the landscape.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with equipment and perform necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete landscaping projects.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
