As our Service Repair Technician, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Physically repairing devices, conducting quality tests, performing diagnostic review, packaging, and shipping units to clients on time.
- Performing frequent software updates to ensure minimal risk of compatibility failures.
- Provide excellent customer service and serve as a technical resource for customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, tests and updates.
- Ability to perform in-depth troubleshooting of proprietary software and hardware for Janam Technologies according to established procedures.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Strong work ethic – punctuality and team interaction are critical.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment with fine repetitive hand motor activity.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position about 90% of the time.
- GED, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a trouble shooting role.
- 0 to 2 years of customer service experience.
