Responsibilities

Member Recruitment

Manage and grow the recruitment pipeline by identifying and researching qualified prospect companies
Implement schedule of email marketing to prospects
Set up meetings with decision-makers and prepare sales presentations
Meet with prospects both in person and virtually, identify needs, present membership benefits, and close sales

Retention

Onboard new associates, ensuring that they maximize their membership value from the beginning

Manage quarterly new member orientation calls

AMS Sales Training

Sell new AMS licenses

Meet sales goals for the program

Education / Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and additional experience.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales and Retention, Strategic Accounts or Corporate Relations preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of the medical products, markets and / or related distribution industry preferred

Track record of successful member development sales or sales of other intangible products and services preferred.

Ability to build relationships and to sell, both by phone and in person

Project management skills : very organized and detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines

Strong written and oral communication abilities including presentation skills
