Responsibilities

Member Recruitment

  • Manage and grow the recruitment pipeline by identifying and researching qualified prospect companies
  • Implement schedule of email marketing to prospects
  • Set up meetings with decision-makers and prepare sales presentations
  • Meet with prospects both in person and virtually, identify needs, present membership benefits, and close sales

Retention

  • Onboard new associates, ensuring that they maximize their membership value from the beginning
  • Manage quarterly new member orientation calls
  • AMS Sales Training

  • Sell new AMS licenses
  • Meet sales goals for the program
  • Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and additional experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales and Retention, Strategic Accounts or Corporate Relations preferred
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of the medical products, markets and / or related distribution industry preferred
  • Track record of successful member development sales or sales of other intangible products and services preferred.
  • Ability to build relationships and to sell, both by phone and in person
  • Project management skills : very organized and detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong written and oral communication abilities including presentation skills
