What You'll Do
As a housekeeping attendant, you will:
- Ensure daily cleanliness of the clubhouse, cottage areas and other facilities on the property.
- Assist with the set-up, maintenance, cleanliness and appearance of the clubhouse and cottages storage areas.
- Greet members and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support other club departments as needed.
- Maintain personal appearance while at the club and wear assigned uniform.
- Uphold the Dormie Network's policies, procedures, and commitment to teamwork.
We are looking for someone to join our team who:
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is detailed-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
- Works well in a high-paced and at time stressful environment.
- Can work independently in the absence of supervision.
- Is able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Well mannered, able to display a smile at all times, greet guests, members, and fellow employees when encountered.
- Enjoys to show appreciation to the guests and the members, and demonstrate a willingness to help guests and members at all times.
- Has a High School Diploma or GED
- Holds previous experience in customer service position preferred.
This role requires the ability to:
- Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Able to bend, stretch, twist, and turn when laundering and cottage set up / tear down.
- Must be able to visually inspect cleanliness of cottage and other required areas.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Able to communicate with others.
