Position Overview
We are seeking a Precast Concrete Supervisor to lead production crews at partner manufacturing plants. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction or industrial manufacturing, and the leadership ability to drive high-performance teams. This role involves regular travel to project sites and offers a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day precast concrete production operations, ensuring schedule and quality targets are met.
- Lead and motivate production teams, including laborers, finishers, and riggers, to achieve performance goals.
- Interpret and implement blueprints, shop drawings, and production documents with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with quality control personnel to ensure all precast elements meet specifications and standards.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with plant management, field supervisors, and client representatives.
- Train and mentor team members on production techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use.
- Participate in jobsite mobilization and demobilization as required for multi-location assignments.
- Complete daily reports, timesheets, and documentation as needed.
Qualifications
- 3 years of supervisory experience in precast concrete, construction, or industrial manufacturing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of precast manufacturing methods, materials, and production timelines.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical documents.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving jobsite conditions.
- Must be willing and able to travel frequently to partner plants and job sites.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $75,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
