Hidden Level is transforming airspace safety with innovative, scalable drone detection and airspace technologies. We provide real-time, actionable data to enhance security across various environments.
As we expand, we are looking for a Field Operations Specialist to join our Service Operations group. This position will execute deployment events, including site installations, test & evaluation exercises, demonstrations, and service and maintenance activities. A Field Operations Specialist is expected to develop a deep understanding of Hidden Level hardware and software platform capabilities and become an expert in their delivery to the field.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Program Management team members to help scope customer and mission requirements.
- Leverage modeling and simulation tools to propose physical sensor laydowns per requirements.
- Develop deployment plans for the enablement of modeled architectures.
- Conduct site surveys to assess locations for installation feasibility.
- Execute deployment plans, including the delivery and configuration of Hidden Level sensor assets to customer or demonstration environments.
- Support the integration of Hidden Level data into external platforms through coordination with Engineering teams as required.
- Support operational needs of demonstration events as required. This may include :
Conducting drone (UAS) flights to calibrate sensors and / or showcase capabilities

Salary Range : The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $70,000 to $82,000 annually. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Hidden Level considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
