As we expand, we're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across various channels. Candidates must have a proven track record of success in managing comprehensive marketing strategies. The preferred location for this role is Syracuse, NY.

What we’re looking for :

A self-starter with a proven track record of driving growth and enhancing brand visibility. You have prior success in a senior marketing manager role, overseeing a comprehensive suite of marketing functions, including website management, press and analyst relations, events, social media, corporate communications, and brand management.

Compensation and Benefits : Hidden Level offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid parental leave, flexible time off, 401(k) with employer contributions, life insurance, and disability insurance. The company also provides a remote or hybrid work environment and potential stock options.

Salary Range : The anticipated salary range for this position is estimated at $115,000 to $142,000 annually. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Hidden Level considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
