Position Overview :
Hidden Level is transforming airspace safety with innovative, scalable drone detection and airspace technology. We provide real-time, actionable data to enhance security across various environments. We're looking for a Senior Systems Engineer who will apply their skills to lead internal product development and customer integration and adoption activities. This will be achieved through the analysis and support of sensor systems at each stage in the product lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the evolution and development of new cutting-edge sensor technology :
Design and develop algorithms and analysis methods and tools for radar, direction finding, or other surveillance sensor systems.
Plan and design live test events both internal and external in support of sensor performance validation.
What We’re Looking For :
Required Qualifications :
Radar and / or communication systems using software-defined radios, custom hardware, and / or other COTS devices.
This position is located in the Syracuse, NY office with the potential for hybrid arrangements.

The company also provides a remote or hybrid work environment and potential stock options.
Salary Range : The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $109,000 to $133,000 annually. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Hidden Level considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
