Hidden Level is transforming airspace safety with innovative, scalable drone detection and airspace technology. We provide real-time, actionable data to enhance security across various environments. As we expand, we're looking for an Operations Process & Systems Analyst that will be responsible for taking a data-driven approach to analyzing our manufacturing and operations processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Location: This position is onsite in our East Syracuse, NY office.

Salary Range: The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $72,000 to $85,000 annually. Responsibilities
- Manage data collection, measurement, and analysis for all aspects of production, including analyzing systems and reviewing production work orders for accuracy.
- Evaluate existing operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data to identify trends, and generate detailed reports to inform decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve operational efficiency and automate tasks.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
- Support operational improvement projects: including planning, execution, and monitoring progress.
- Provide analytics support through combination of data mining, data modeling, data analysis, cost/benefit analysis, process mapping, and/or problem analysis.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies across all operational activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and work effectively with people at all levels in the organization.
- Project management skills to execute operational improvement initiatives.
- Understanding of business operations and process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications like ERP systems.
- Ability to clearly communicate, present information and facilitate meetings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Operations Management, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related degree.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, index/match, if-statements).
- Working knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
- SQL, Power BI experience (or other data visualization software) strongly preferred.
