  • We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals who havedevelopmental disabilities and assist in implementing behavior interventionplans.
  • Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior plans designed by Board CertifiedBehavior Analysts - Provide direct 1 : 1 therapy to individuals - Collect dataon targeted behaviors - Collaborate with the treatment team to ensureconsistency in implementation - Assist in the development of individualizedcare plans - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Qualifications
  • RBT CertificationExperience working with children or individuals with developmentaldisabilities - Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques - Ability to workwith people with developmental disabilities in a compassionate andprofessional manner
