Hidden River Credit Union is seeking full-time and part-time Member Service Representatives.
A Member Service Representative must display a positive attitude, excellent communications skills, and member service abilities. Prior work experience of 1 year is preferred.

Member Service Representatives shape every member interaction and hold the pivotal role of ensuring member satisfaction and retention.

Full-Time Float Schedules:
- 36 hours a week, rotational Saturdays.
Part-Time Schedules:
- 28-36 hours a week, rotational Saturdays.
Qualifications:
- Prior work experience 1 year is preferred.
- General and business knowledge equivalent to a high school diploma.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED) required.
Experience:
- Cash handling: 1 year
- Banking: 1 year
- Customer service: 1 year
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous member service.
- Accurately handles members financial transactions according to Credit Union policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Receiving and processing deposits, checks, payments, and other financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
- Answering, addressing questions, and transferring phone calls.
- Provide clear direction for members needs by utilizing listening, communicating and problem-solving skills.
- Performs member service activities and responsibilities
