Job Overview
The Field Responder/Qualified Mental Health Professional plays a critical role in providing intensive, solution-focused treatment, coordinating care, and delivering direct clinical services. This role involves building community partnerships, managing client intake and housing, conducting quality assurance checks, being on-call, maintaining legal documentation, and submitting PTO requests. As a mandated reporter, you will ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
Scope of Work
- Provide intensive, short-term, solution-focused treatment to clients and families.
- Coordinate care with service providers to meet objectives and identify resources.
- Develop service plans and treatment summaries with input from clients and teams.
- Offer direct clinical services, including individual and family interventions.
- Maintain 24/7 crisis response availability.
- Manage a caseload of 20 units weekly.
- Complete progress reports within 48 hours.
- Use EHR systems like “Notable” for documentation and coordination.
- Complete 8 hours of annual professional training.
- Link clients to external services for long-term stability.
- Meet monthly quotas for MHSS, IIH, and Crisis clients.
- Participate in clinical supervision, audits, and professional development.
- Assist in preparing Discharge Summaries and Plans.
- Provide conflict resolution as needed.
- Serve as first contact for new clients and housing.
- Build relationships with community partners for referrals.
- Assess replacements based on QA reports and ensure timely client contact.
- Establish rapport with clients, manage charts, and provide safety plans.
- Perform weekly Quality Assurance checks.
- Distribute resources to new clients and manage on-call duties.
- Submit PTO requests with adequate notice.
- Function as a mandated reporter.

- Open to contract-based employment and hybrid work setup, reporting directly to the CEO.
- Proven experience in providing intensive, short-term, solution-focused treatment.
- Strong coordination skills with service providers and securing client resources.
- Ability to prepare service plans, treatment updates, and provide interventions.
- Proficient in using EHR systems like “Notable.”
- Experience managing monthly quotas for MHSS, IIH, and Crisis clients.
- Skilled in clinical supervision, case audits, and employee development.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to build relationships with community partners for referrals.
- Experience with quality assurance and ensuring service consistency.
- Ability to manage on-call duties and respond to urgent needs.
- Knowledge of mandated reporter requirements and compliance.
What We Offer
- A competitive annual salary of $42,000, paid biweekly via direct deposit, starting with the first pay period.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) available after 90 days of employment.
