JOB DESCRIPTION
The Healthcare receptionist position acts as the new client point person for inquiries and enrollment of services at Hidden Talents ABA. This includes but is not limited to the description below. The Healthcare receptionist will :
- Manage new client inquires via phone calls, e-mail, and online formats
- Data collection
- New Client Registration
- Informational lead for enrollment
- Conduct Follow-ups as necessary
- Maintain records as per HIPAA guidelines
- Successfully meet monthly and quarterly metrics
- Represent Hidden Talents ABA professionally i n accordance with our standards and expectations
