Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team as an RBT Training Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective behavior analysis services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver onboarding training for RBTs, including instruction and hands-on practice of behavior-analytic principles.
- Assess RBTs’ understanding of training materials, ensuring they meet competency standards and are aligned with our company’s protocols.
- Collaborate with Clinical Training Manager to maintain consistent training practices and stay current with industry standards and best practices.
- Maintain records of training attendance and completion.
- Deliver group treatment sessions of up to 6 clients in the clinic setting.
