Job Summary
The Park Manager is required to live on site in their own RV, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the park, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all visitors. This role involves managing park facilities, engaging with the community, and implementing programs that enhance the visitor experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property leasing, customer relationship management, and facilities management.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of park operations including maintenance, leasing, and customer service.
- Oversee property leasing processes, ensuring compliance with LIHTC regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with park residents and visitors through effective customer relationship management.
- Implement upselling strategies to enhance park services and amenities.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to ensure facilities are in excellent condition.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors for services related to park operations.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and file management systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing park operations.
- Organize community events and programs to promote engagement and utilization of park facilities.
Qualifications
You must live on site in your own rv/camper. do not apply if you are not able to live on site
- Proven experience in property leasing or facilities management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of LIHTC regulations is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to upsell services effectively to enhance visitor experiences.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to park management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and file management.
- Proficient in negotiation techniques for vendor contracts.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
