What are the responsibilities and job description for the Animals position at Hidden Valley Camp?
Animal Program Staff
Numerous farm animals: donkeys, mini-horses, pigs, cats, ducks, and rabbits.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitate all aspects of animal care class curriculum. Work one-on-one and with groups of children.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience teaching children
Knowledge of basic animal care
interest in working with and learning about animals
Llama Program Staff
Care of a herd of 9 llamas.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitate all aspects of llama care class curriculum. Work one-on-one and with groups of children.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience teaching children
Knowledge of basic animal care
Knowledge of llama needs not necessary (training available)
Each of these instructors also live in cabins with campers as counseling staff.
