JOB DESCRIPTION
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager, DRM, and
Cabana Supervisor
Job Summary:
This position greets members and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Its responsibilities include assisting servers, clearing dirty dishes, and cleaning and resetting tables in all cabana areas before, during, and after meal service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly, professional greeting to members upon seating
- Assists servers in their tasks
- Assists in carrying food trays/baskets to tables
- Removes soiled dishes/baskets from the table; brings to the dish washing area
- Sets tables with silverware, glassware, and clean linen
- Cleans up trash and debris around the pool
- Stock server station with supplies
- Collects trash from pool area, cabana and other specified places during each serving period
- Dusts and cleans chairs before and after meal service
- Keeps ice buckets and bins filled
- Assist in running the snack bar window when assigned
- Help the servers run food and work the expo line
- Perform all other duties assigned
