Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Beer Garden Server to join our team at Hidden Valley Lake Association. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing transactions on the register, and maintaining a clean and tidy restaurant area.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payments in a prompt and professional manner.
- Transaction Management: Process sales on the register, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and tidy restaurant area, including tables, floors, and restrooms, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including ABC laws and policies, and report any incidents or concerns to management promptly.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and minimum 1 year related experience and/or training.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, ability to manage and prioritize projects under tight time constraints, highly organized, accurate and detail-oriented.
- Languages: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Physical Demands: Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell. Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit.
