Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide general customer service
- Sell and serve beverages and food
- Buss and clean tables
- Answer telephones
- Assist with to-go purchases
- Describe menu items, daily specials, bar items, and wine
- Assist with inventory and order processing
- Maintain a clean and tidy restaurant area according to established standards
- Process transactions on the register
- Stay up-to-date with ABC regulations and adhere to established policies and procedures regarding the handling and service of alcoholic beverages
- Complete opening, closing, stocking, and side work checklists in a timely manner
