- Receive, organize, and prioritize weekly projects submitted for ECC architectural review.
- Communicate with individuals with project submissions.
- Take minutes of EC meetings and ECC Committee meetings.
- Prepare and send project approval and/or denial correspondence.
- Conduct weekly inspections of subdivision for violations
- Track violations from beginning through compliance, maintaining concise files on all violations and subsequent actions
- Issue violation letters as disclosed by weekly inspections.
- Post violation fines as appropriate.
- Communicate with violators to discuss violation and requirements for clearance of violation.
- Prepare documentation and evidence for violation hearings.
- Attended HVLA hearings when necessary.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Assist the Environmental Control Development lead worker with daily job functions.
