Mobile Home Park Manager

Responsibilities:

Essential duties include:

• Park compliance
• Guest concerns and incident responses
• Vendor relationships and accountability
• Reporting and partnership with corporate office
• Create consistent documentation
• Clear and effective communication with guests, visitors, peers, leadership, and vendors.
• Help with cleaning up the park and upkeep the cleanliness

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and written
• Experience in property management required
