Asset recovery agency seek entry-level data entry clerk in the key department. This position requires basic knowledge of microsoft, good organizational skills, detail oriented, and excellent communication skills. Previous data entry and experience in agile working environment needed.
Main Tasks:
- Utilize company and client portals to upload documents
- Confirm correct documents received from all locations
- Create invoices/receipts
- Daily Client uploads
-Work closely with operations and accounting to ensure compliance and accuracy
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Data Entry
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Most importantly Excel and Outlook)
- Detail oriented
- Punctual
