Bonnie & Clydes focuses on providing customers with quality fast casual food and coffee daily. At night, we open Hide & Seek, our speakeasy restaurant, where we provide customers with an immersive dining experience and craft cocktails.

Executive Chef Justen Moser has spent the last three years learning under the tutelage of Chef Grant Achatz at 3 Michelin Star Restaurant Alinea in Chicago. We’re looking to develop a team to execute the best culinary& cocktail experience in Salt Lake City.
The Role:
We looking for an experienced Host who values the fundamental pillars of customer service and experience. You'll execute specialized tasks to ensure we can provide our patrons with highest quality of experiential service. These responsibilities will involve greeting guests, checking identification, and seating guests in our dining room.
This role is for the candidate that is looking to learn, grow, and execute at the highest levels of fine dining and experiential offerings. Candidates in this role will be working an approx. 40 hours each week. We are open Tuesday - Saturday, Weekly.
Expectations:
We are building from the ground up, and believe internal development is essential to a successful journey. We're looking to craft the best culinary experience in Utah and will stop at nothing short of achieving that.
Responsibilities:
- Checking guests identification.
- Engaging in friendly conversation when seating guests and introducing the server
- Managing the restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations and always sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- Ensuring various guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
Skills:
- Proven experience as Host is a plus.
- Knowledge of health and safety rules in a restaurant.
- A team player with good communication skills and an even temper
- Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred;
Experience: Host: 1 years (Recommend)
Restaurant Experience: 1 years (Required)

License: Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
