Bonnie & Clydes focuses on providing customers with quality fast casual food and coffee daily. At night, we open Hide & Seek, our speakeasy restaurant, where we provide customers with an immersive dining experience and craft cocktails.

Executive Chef Justen Moser has spent the last three years learning under the tutelage of Chef Grant Achatz at 3 Michelin Star Restaurant Alinea in Chicago. We’re looking to develop a team to execute the best culinary& cocktail experience in Salt Lake City.

The Role:

We looking for an experienced bartender who values the fundamental pillars of customer service and experience. You'll execute specialized tasks to ensure the bar can provide the highest quality, experiential drinks and service. These responsibilities will involve collaboration regarding the bar's menu and staying updated on relevant trends in the global liquor community.

This role is for the candidate that is looking to learn, grow, and execute at the highest levels of fine dining and experiential offerings. Candidates in this role will be working a minimum of 25- 30 hours each week.

We are building from the ground up, and believe internal development is essential to a successful journey. We're looking to craft the best culinary experience in Utah and will stop at nothing short of achieving that.

Responsibilities:

• Manage our service well
• Assisting in the invention of concepts & executing specialty drinks
• Making specialty mix-ins, such as simple syrups
• Creating & Prepping Garnishes.
• Stocking & Juicing
• Serving Guests
• Creating systems for the everyday operation of the bar, such as checklist and action lists.
• Ensure all items are stored properly
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
• Assist your team members in other duties where needed.

Skills:

• Proven experience as bartender / mixologist
• Knowledge of health and safety rules in a bar
• Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
• A team player with good communication skills and an even temper
• Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
• Very good physical condition and endurance
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred;

Experience: Bartender/Mixologist: 2 years (Required)

Restaurant Experience: 3 years (Required)

Job Type: Full-Time

Language: English (Proficient Working Use) and/ or Spanish

License: Food Handler Certification (Preferred)

Pay: Hourly Tip Pool
