Hideaway Day Camp is looking for a Drama Specialist to work 8 weeks this summer, M-F, June 16th to August 8th. Hours are 8:30am to 4:00pm. Drama Specialist should be a certified teacher or mature college student majoring in elementary/secondary education, drama, or similar. Criminal Records check and Child Abuse Clearances required.
Instructor will devise a drama lesson plan for each scheduled group of campers, taking them through various drama activities (six, 40-minute periods/day). Campers are separated in groups by age and gender. Each group will have an art period twice a week. Other camp activities include: swimming, canoeing and fishing, arts and crafts, sports, gaga, miniature golf, equestrian lessons and many others.
