What are the responsibilities and job description for the Care Coordinator for Addiction Recovery PER DIEM position at Hideaway Recovery?
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and provide care to individuals with Substance use disorders
-over see self Administer medications according to prescribed instructions
- Prepare and serve meals to individuals based on their dietary needs and restrictions
- Assist individuals in maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Provide transportation to appointments, activities, and community outings
- Document and maintain accurate records of care provided
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or direct support is preferred
- Knowledge of working with people with substance use disorders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
