Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Upsell drinks and menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Operate cash registers accurately, process payments, and manage tabs efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service for all guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
• Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
• A passion for culinary arts or mixology is highly desirable.
