Startup Project Manager Position

What You Will Be Doing

This hybrid role blends project management, research, administrative tasks, and chief-of-staff responsibilities. You will:

• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables using Notion to keep the team organized and focused.
• Act as a proactive problem solver—identifying gaps, resolving issues, and contributing value without waiting for explicit instructions.
• Facilitate cadence meetings and provide timely follow-ups, including status reports and summary paragraphs for leadership.
• Develop and maintain team organizational charts and documentation to streamline communication and collaboration.
• Lead efforts to align project objectives with strategic goals and monitor progress with a focus on execution.
• Must know how to use API Integrations for Notion to enable communications with Gmail, Slack and Zoho

What We Are Looking For

• Startup Experience Preferred: Ideally, you have worked with early-stage companies (Pre-Series B) and understand the unique demands of a startup.
• Self-Starter: You find solutions and take initiative, even when resources are limited or paths are unclear.
• Detail-Oriented Problem Solver: You have a knack for recognizing patterns, managing details, and addressing challenges efficiently.
• Adaptability: You learn quickly, adjust to shifting priorities, and thrive under pressure.
