Maintenance Floater / Helper
We are presently looking for a person to fill the Maintenance Floater / Helper.
Schedule : Monday- Thursday 7 : 30am to 4 : 00pm and Friday from 3 : 00pm to 11 : 30pm.
Type of position : temp to hire position.
Payrate : $18.00 per hours.
Job description :
- Maintain building related facilities, such as amenity rooms, sky deck, parking garage, sky lanais, Association offices, Association break rooms, storage, etc.
- Maintain and perform proper repair works on all common area and amenities
- Specific duties range from painting, drywall repairs, tiling, plumbing, to carpentry, replacing lights, basic electrical works and preventative checks
- Housekeeping and basic landscaping
- Service and maintain BBQ grills
- Repair / service common area plumbing equipment and devices
- Perform carpentry, masonry and spall repairs
- Service trash compactor equipment and facility
Worksite area : Kakaako / Honolulu
Salary : $18
