Responsible for performing general upkeep and repairs on apartment complex
Job Duties Include :
- Patch and Paint Walls and Doors
- Replace Keys and Weather Stripping
- Repare / Replace Floor Tile and Carpet
- Replace Light Bulbs
- Test / Replace Smoke Alarms
- Perform Annual Inspections of Apartments
- Maintain Tools and Equipment in Safe Working Order

Starting Pay Rate : $21 / hr
