As our Educational Services division grows, we continue searching for experienced, kind, caring, interactive, and responsible individuals as substitute teachers and aides to support classrooms on the island.
Job Description :
At least six (6) months of classroom teaching experience.
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required (Preschool / Teacher Assistant / Aide)
Bachelor’s degree in teaching or relevant field preferred (K12 Teacher positions)
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Able to listen carefully, follow procedures, and complete lesson goals.
Detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
Provide relatable professional references.
Physical requirements :
Frequently sits, bends, grasps light or fine manipulation, talks, and hears.
Able to lift or move up 60 lbs without assistance.
Will assist in wiping and sanitizing tables, chairs, toys, and other classroom equipment.
Must be comfortable with technology, operate a computer, hand-held learning devices, and office equipment.
Proficient in computer applications and comfortable learning new technology.
Climb up and down stairs
