What your day looks like.
- Perform maintenance on all plumbing, electrical and HVAC building systems
- Maintain heaters, centrifugal chillers, heat pumps, pumps, air distribution systems, cooling towers, BAS as required to maintain the building
- Monitor and adjust all mechanical / electrical equipment, boilers / chillers, BAS controls, distribution panels, valves, thermostats, diffusers, pumps, VFD drives and other equipment necessary to provide a comfortable environment for the buildings
- Identify and perform preventive maintenance duties, including changing filters, greasing motors, replacing lamps and ballasts, inspecting / adjusting belts, replacing bearings, aligning shafts and annual inspections
- Inspect and log boiler / chiller room equipment, fan equipment, cooling towers, all motors, house pumps and sump pumps
- Troubleshoot, evaluate and make recommendations to improve building systems and operations and / or implement energy savings opportunities
- TRANE BAS Control experience a plus
- Identify and coordinate preventative maintenance or repairs to building life safety, sprinklers, emergency power and roof systems
- Oversee the fulfillment of equipment warranty obligations by the installer

Pay Range
67,000.00 Annually to $73,000.00 Annually
