Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance activities to ensure reliability of production and facility equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Manage and schedule preventive maintenance and facility work assignments.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and processes.
- Oversee budgets related to building, equipment, capital expenditures, parts, and labor.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance reports.
- Identify and negotiate with parts suppliers and service companies.
- Train, supervise, and mentor the maintenance team while maintaining staffing levels.
- Utilize maintenance management systems for planning, scheduling, and tracking activities.
